We love chillies!​

2018 was our first season growing chillies and we were blown away by the range of flavours.

In 2020 we've ramped up the volume of plants, and the range of chillies.  We'll be turning these into salsas, jams and chilli pastes chilli later in the season.  In the meantime we're experimenting with recipes.

Chilli oil

Our chilli oil is infused with peppercorns and home grown rosemary.  It's a staple in our kitchen and can liven up any meal.  We're addicted to it - we love it on pizza, pasta, risotto, eggs, for frying tomatoes, or simply for dipping freshly baked bread!
